Three Programmes. One Standard of Work.
Each engagement is designed to address a specific type of business challenge — with a defined scope, a fixed timeline, and clear deliverables. Below is a full description of how each programme works.
← Back to Home// OUR APPROACH
How Every Engagement Is Structured
All three programmes follow the same underlying structure: an initial diagnostic phase to understand the specific situation, a design phase to agree on the approach, an active implementation or development phase with weekly tracking, and a final handover.
This structure is applied consistently because it is the sequence that produces reliable outcomes. The content within each phase varies significantly between programmes — but the accountability framework does not.

01 / PROFIT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME
Measurable Margin Improvement in Eight Weeks
A structured eight-week engagement that identifies and implements profit improvement levers across revenue enhancement and cost reduction. Consultants work embedded within your team, setting weekly targets and tracking outcomes. Designed for companies under margin pressure that need results within a defined period rather than a longer advisory process.
Profit diagnostic — map current revenue streams, cost structure, and levers
Prioritisation — agree on the improvements with highest feasible impact
Weekly implementation — targets set and tracked each week with your team
Final review — outcome documentation and sustainability assessment
- Covers both revenue and cost dimensions
- Practical focus — changes that can be made now, not in six months
- Embedded model reduces disruption to normal operations
- Results documented and sustained at handover
FIXED FEE
HK$6,800
8-week engagement
02 / KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK
Capture What Your Organisation Knows Before It Walks Out
A four-week engagement that audits existing knowledge assets, interviews key knowledge holders, and designs a framework covering documentation standards, repositories, and sharing protocols. Particularly relevant for organisations where critical knowledge is concentrated in a small number of senior staff.
Knowledge audit — identify what exists, where it sits, and what is at risk
Holder interviews — structured sessions with key knowledge bearers
Framework design — documentation standards, repository structure, protocols
Team training and handover — equip your staff to maintain the system
- Addresses concentration risk in key personnel
- Builds organisational memory that survives staff changes
- Compatible with existing tools — no new platforms required
- Framework maintained independently after engagement
FIXED FEE
HK$3,900
4-week engagement
03 / STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION STRATEGY
A Coordinated Approach to Every Audience That Matters
A three-week engagement that develops audience-specific messaging, channel recommendations, and a twelve-month communication calendar. Particularly valuable during periods of change, growth, or reputational scrutiny — when uncoordinated communication creates more problems than it solves.
Audience mapping — identify all stakeholder groups and their current state
Message development — audience-specific content and positioning
Channel guidance — how to reach each group most effectively
12-month calendar — a coordinated forward plan your team can execute
- Covers investors, regulators, employees, and public audiences
- Particularly suited to periods of change or sensitive transitions
- Calendar format makes execution straightforward for your team
- HK regulatory communication expectations built in
FIXED FEE
HK$4,200
3-week engagement

// PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
What Applies Across All Engagements
Privacy & Data Security
All client data is handled in compliance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Data accessed during engagements is not retained beyond the agreed retention period.
Written Agreements
Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are documented in a signed agreement before any billable work begins. No work proceeds on verbal agreement alone.
Quality Review
All significant deliverables are reviewed internally before being shared with clients. This applies to diagnostic outputs, framework documents, and communication materials.
Direct Communication
We communicate directly and plainly about progress, issues, and adjustments. There is no intermediary between the client and the consultant doing the work.
Scope Change Process
If the scope needs to change during an engagement, this is addressed through a written amendment agreed by both parties. No unilateral changes to scope or fees.
Clean Handover
Every engagement ends with complete documentation and a structured handover session. The objective is your team's ability to continue independently — not continued reliance on Tulloch.
